On this episode of Level Up with Coach K I'm sitting down with Justin Makokha. Throughout the show we discuss the beauty in stepping outside of your comfort zone. We dive into the importance of learning how to adapt and being an active participant in your own journey! In my opinion my guest of honor is the king of INSTAGRAM CONTENT! His videos and posts provide inspiration, entertainment and most importantly education. He has mastered the art of using technology to spread vital information and good vibrations! His goal is to use his social media platforms and talents to encourage others to move everyday and live a happy, healthy lifestyle through fitness, wellness, and healthy eating. He currently serves as a Technical Owner of an enterprise-wide tool at IBM and in his free time he’s an online NASM certified personal trainer. He recently started a sea moss gel business called, "Magic Moss" and he’s been plant-based since Jan. 2020. He’s been married for 3 years to a beautiful queen, he was born and raised in Flint, MI and now he resides in Austin, Texas.
